On these pages, I've begun a collection of briefings about portions of the city that have come under discussion in connection with this festival. These are locations that folks would like to remedy (pain points) or preserve (assets).

Eagle Street is the only commercial block in North Adams that escaped "urban renewal" with both sides of the street intact.
